1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and luky91 ("luky91", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luky91 website located at https://luky91.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

luky91 operates as an English-language online gaming information platform targeting Pakistani users. 3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on luky91, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a commercial entity.

luky91 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction, suspension or closure. Being 18 years of age does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

To access Real Money Play and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and satisfy luky91's KYC verification requirements. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate and not misleading. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. luky91 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. All balances across duplicate Accounts may be voided upon discovery.

4.3 Verification Documents

luky91 may require you to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be valid, unaltered and clearly legible. Processing of withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You may only access the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair or overburden the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other user's access.

5.1 Platform Availability

luky91 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network disruptions, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond luky91's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. luky91 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in accordance with the operator's current payment terms. The following general conditions apply:

6.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are included as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their availability for gambling-related transactions is not guaranteed and is subject to each provider's own compliance policies. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times are indicative only and may vary depending on your payment provider, bank and verification status.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and all transaction figures on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is applicable, the conversion rate applied at the time of the transaction will be used.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

luky91 may offer various promotional bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• luky91 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where technically or legally necessary.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk or arbitrage-style betting strategies, may result in bonus cancellation and Account review.
• All bonus figures published on this Platform are illustrative examples only and are clearly labelled as such. Actual available promotions depend on the operator's current published terms at the time of your deposit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading registration or KYC information.

• Using software, algorithms or strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — is the property of luky91 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written permission from luky91.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky91 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, luky91 accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or data transmission failures.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on information published on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Consequences arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws and regulations relating to online gambling.
• Any action taken by Pakistani financial institutions, payment providers or regulatory authorities in relation to your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Account Suspension & Termination

luky91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive or abusive conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitating Account closure.

Upon termination for cause, luky91 reserves the right to void bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no cause exists, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests do not relieve you of obligations arising prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
